Each summer the Clinton International Summer Program brings together accomplished university students from underserved communities around the world to promote entrepreneurship, business leadership and community engagement. The program helps prepare young leaders to advance positive change and development in their home countries. Drawing on Northern Ireland as a model for economic progress in a post-conflict society, emphasis is placed on acquiring the practical knowledge and real-world skills needed to return home and make a concrete, measurable economic and social difference.
In the summer of 20 14 AMV were delighted to be chosen as the official film production company for the Clinton International summer Program. We followed a group of global entrepreneurs around Northern Ireland as they discovered the possibilities of starting a new business in a post-conflict society. A project of this scale requires detailed planning as well as the ability to adapt to the ever changing surrounds. Working in an environment with such imaginative and talented young people was inspiring and their input really helped form the narrative of this documentary.
